JoDee Curtis SHRM-SCP, CPA

JoDee Curtis is the founder of Purple Ink LLC, an Indianapolis-area human resources consulting company that helps organizations make JoyPowered™workspaces a reality. In 2016, JoDee published her first book, JoyPowered™: Intentionally Creating an Inspired Workspace, which challenges organizations and individuals to focus on their strengths, bringing out the best in themselves and others. After the success of this book, she created The JoyPowered™ Workspace Podcast, and wrote a 2nd and 3rd book, The JoyPowered™ Family and The JoyPowered Team™. JoDee is a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional, a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, and a Certified Public Accountant. She is a faculty member for SHRM, serves on the State Council for Indiana SHRM, chairs the board of The O’Connor House, is a member of Pass the Torch 500 Circle Club for Women, a member of the National Speakers Association, and a board member for Forum Credit Union.
