In addition, his responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, process improvement, safety leadership, culture development, workforce development, fleet management, project management, business development and client value creation.Don has over thirty-five years’ experience in the construction industry and is a recognized expert in applying innovative concepts to increasing team skills to higher performance in all areas of the operation. He has spoken on various safety, leadership and fleet topics at AEMP national conferences, NUCA-PA and various trade association meetings. Don has completed Leadership Development, Project Management and Risk Management certifications.
