Linda Clifford MBA

Ms. Clifford’s experience spans decades of construction industry work including strategic planning, finance/accounting, surety, financing/banking, risk management, business development and project management. Clifford is a committed advocate of mentoring and transfer of institutional knowledge for the industry including mentoring model design, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement for training in execution and reporting for reporting, planning and operations.

Ms. Clifford serves as the Governor’s “A” license appointee on the California State Contractor’s License Board. She also sits as a commissioner on the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission. Linda is a past member of Transportation California and a current member of CFMA, AGC, WCOE, WTS and NAWIC as well as a founding member of the Greater Sacramento CFMA Chapter. She is also a NACD Governance Fellow. 

Ms. Clifford has a B.S. in Business Management, an MBA in Accounting, completed the Construction Management Program at UC Davis, and the Advanced Management Program at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Ms. Clifford holds both A & B General Contractor Licenses and a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California.
