Ms. Clifford’s experience spans nearly four decades of construction industry work including strategic planning, finance/accounting, surety, financing/banking, risk management, business development and project management. Clifford designs mentoring models for the industry including design, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement for training in execution, communication and reporting for successful construction operations.

Ms. Clifford was appointed to the California State Contractor’s License Board three times by Governor Jerry Brown as the General Engineering Contractor representative serving from 2013 to 2019. She is the past Chair and commissioner of the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission serving more than 15 years until 2019. Linda is a member of AGC, NAWIC, WCOE, and a founding member of the Greater Sacramento CFMA Chapter. She is also a NACD Governance Fellow. Ms. Clifford is a past member and CFO/Audit Chair of Transportation California and the California Transportation Foundation.

Ms. Clifford has a B.S. in Business Management, MBA in Accounting, completed the Construction Management Program at UC Davis, and the Advanced Management Program at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Ms. Clifford holds both A & B General Contractor Licenses and a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California.
