Linda Clifford MBA

Ms. Clifford’s experience spans decades of construction industry work including strategic planning, finance/accounting, surety, financing/banking, risk management, business development and project management. Clifford also designs mentoring models for the industry including design, implementation,

assessment and continuous improvement training in finance, communications and reporting for successful construction operations.

Linda was appointed to the California State Contractor’s License Board three times by Governor Jerry Brown as the General Engineering Contractor “A” Licensee representative serving from 2013 to 2019. She is the past Chair and commissioner of the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission serving more than 15 years until 2019. Linda is currently a member of AGC, NAWIC, WCOE and NACD. She is a founding member of the Greater Sacramento CFMA Chapter. Ms. Clifford is a past member and CFO/Audit Chair of Transportation California and the California Transportation Foundation.

Linda also commits significant time and effort to many non-profit and community organizations. Ms. Clifford has a B.S. in Business Management, MBA in Accounting, and is a graduate of the Construction Management Program at UC Davis and the Advanced Management Program at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Ms. Clifford holds both A & B General Contractor Licenses and a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California.
