Dan Lund is a Director in the New Orleans office of Coats Rose law firm. A construction litigator for 27 years, Dan's practice focuses on construction and surety litigation and arbitration, construction contract drafting, telecommunications, and land use law. Dan serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is on the arbitration panels of Perry Dampf, the American Arbitration Association, and the NYSE. Dan lectures regularly on construction law, including Louisiana and federal construction law, arbitration, mediation, Louisiana lien law, and legal ethics. A member of CFMA's Louisiana Chapter, Dan also maintains memberships in National Bond Claims Association and Surety Claims Institute, as well as local chapters of ABC and AGC.
