Mario Vicari CPA

Mario Vicari, CPA, is a Director at Kreischer Miller, which is located in the Greater Philadelphia area.  Mario has over 35 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and private and family-owned companies in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, distribution, and services. Mario is an expert in private company transfer strategies and methods, and his work includes a wide range of advisory services including finance, valuation, strategy, and transaction structure. 

Mario leads Kreischer Miller’s thought leadership platform, the Center for Private Company Excellence. He is also the leader of the Family-Owned Businesses and  ESOP specialty areas of the firm and is a member of the firm’s executive committee. A frequent speaker at many local and national events, Mario is a former board member of CFMA and ran the Kreischer Miller’s construction industry practice for 20 years.
