Bruce is the Chief Data Scientist and founder of ProNovos, a data and analytics software company specifically supporting the construction industry.
Bruce is an early innovator of construction analytics and works with companies around the country on educating them on the benefits of data analytics, and coaching them on how to transform their data culture.

Bruce frequently speaks about analytics for organizations such as CFMA, AGC and has authored columns for the likes of Construction Business Owner, Retrofit Magazine and AEC-Business.com. Bruce helped start CFMA's Diversity & Inclusion committee and currently serves on CFMA's National Executive Committee.
