Victoria Terrell, CCIFP

Tori is a leadership and construction focused accounting professional with over nineteen years of experience. She currently serves as controller, a member of the executive team, and treasurer for Design Electric, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA. She is passionate about employee benefits, cashflow, relationship building, executive leadership skills, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment and the Enneagram.

She is a current member of the American Subcontractors Association of the Shenandoah Valley, and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). The education from CFMA has been so influential to her career that in 2019 she became a founding board member of her local chapter, Blue Ridge Chapter of CFMA, and currently serves as Vice President. Just four years after their formation in 2019, they have received Chapter of the Year twice, both in 2021 and 2023! She is the chapter champion for Suicide Prevention and is a Mental Health First Aider and was honored to be selected as a CFMA 2021 Rising Star.

She is so grateful to be part of an association that is giving back to the community through education, mentorship, and networking opportunities, all while having fun and fostering lifelong relationships! Her hobbies are scrapbooking, book club, scuba diving, golf, and bourbon hunting.
