Steven Lords CCIFP, CPA

Steven Lords, CCIFP, CPA, is CFO of Arizona Pipeline Company, an underground utility contractor. He has been actively involved in the construction industry for more than 25 years and has worked for both GCs and subcontractors. A CFMA member since 1988, Steve has held a variety of leadership positions, including national President, and has also served as president of the Albuquerque, South Mississippi, and Las Vegas chapters. Steve developed CFMA’s Advanced Cash Forecasting program, is the recipient CFMA’s Danny B. Parrish Outstanding Leadership Award and Debra Hahn Memorial Award, and is a longtime author for CFMA Building Profits. Steve is CFMA’s trustee delegate to the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE). He was a member of FASB’s Private Company Financial Reporting Committee from 2010-2012.
