Kriton
A. Pantelidis is an associate of Welby, Brady & Greenblatt LLP,
counseling clients on construction law. Kriton has represented every type of
construction project participant, including architects, engineers, general
contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, owners, developers,
and materials suppliers, in complex litigation involving bodily injury,
property damage, breach of contract, and commercial economic loss. In
addition, Kriton drafts and negotiates construction and design agreements and
advises clients on such public and private project issues as insurance
coverage, payment disputes, scope-of-work changes, contract interpretation,
delays, payment and performance bonds, termination, liens, and
intellectual-property concerns. Kriton
is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of New York. He is the
current Vice Chair for the Defense Research Institute’s Special Litigation
Group involving design professionals and was named DRI’s 2016 Young Lawyers
Liaison Chair to the Construction Committee. |
